SOME COURSE TESTIMONIALS:

“There is so much information out there about perimenopause and menopause—it
can feel completely overwhelming. Karen’s course cuts through the noise with
well-researched, in-depth content that not only informs but empowers you. What
truly sets it apart is her coaching approach. It’s not just about learning the facts—
Karen gently guides you to understand where you are in your own journey and
helps you feel prepared for what’s ahead.
As a doctor who works with many women going through this stage of life, I found
there was always so much to learn. Karen’s thoughtful guidance helped me
process my own perimenopause experience. I’ve come away not only better
informed but also more connected to myself—and that has already made a
difference in how I support my patients. This course is long for a reason—it’s
thorough, compassionate, and deeply valuable.”
~ Dr Fumane Kokoali, GP

“I have a small nursing practice and treat various conditions from wounds to
chronic fatigue to inflammation. I used to be stumped with all the mid-life
women coming to me for biopuncture on their frozen shoulders, tennis elbows,
and achilles tendinitis. Then finding during their appointments: problems with
sleeping, anxiety, depression – not understanding that all these symptoms were
related. Karen’s menopause education course helped me understand the
biology and that there are solutions, and a better way of being. Not just for my
patients, but also for myself. I cannot stress this enough; it should be mandatory
for ALL healthcare professionals to attend this course so we can facilitate the
healing of this neglected group of women.”
~ Sister Adri Williams, Private Nurse Practitioner
