My
Vision
My vision is for a future where menopause is openly discussed and understood, aligning with ontological coaching principles that highlight how language, moods and perspectives shape realities.
Discussing menopause openly breaks stigma, empowering women to share experiences without fear. This transparency fosters empathy, allowing everyone to engage in meaningful conversations about women’s health.
Training healthcare professionals in evidence-based menopause care and advocating for workplace policies is crucial. We must empower women to receive support and advocate for themselves, reinforcing their agency in healthcare decisions.
I hope men will support women with kindness and compassion, becoming better partners and promoting inclusive dialogue around women’s health.
My commitment to education, resources, and coaching invites others to join this effort. By sharing knowledge and support, we can create a society that values women’s voices, making menopause a topic of understanding and empowerment.
My
Offer
With a comprehensive understanding of the historical, biological, and emotional aspects of menopause I aim to assist others in navigating this transition with grace and empowerment. My inclusive approach incorporates ontological coaching, mindfulness, body awareness, and evidence-based education, encouraging everyone to perceive this final life stage as a valuable opportunity. By cultivating a supportive community and advocating for menopause support in the workplace, I invite women at home and at work to share their experiences and insights openly. My goal is to help empower individuals and to inspire a broader cultural shift toward recognising and valuing the diverse experiences of women.

Why supporting menopause in the workplace matters
Menopause is a challenging transition that impacts millions of working women. Women aged 45-55 are typically in their peak career years – holding leadership positions, managing teams, and contributing to critical business operations. Ignoring menopause in the workplace can have financial and operational repercussions.
Menopause-related absenteeism, reduced work hours, and premature retirements impact your bottom line. Addressing menopause in your diversity and inclusion strategy isn’t just about employee well-being; it’s about improving retention, reducing recruitment costs, and enhancing productivity. By creating menopause-friendly policies, businesses can reduce employee turnover and maintain a thriving, multigenerational workforce.
Through my talks and workshops I aim to educate audiences about the physical, emotional, and social aspects of menopause, helping to foster a supportive environment for those entering this life-changing transition. I believe that open conversations can empower women and their colleagues, dispel myths, and promote better understanding in workplaces and communities.

My
Story
Since 2012, I have devoted myself to coaching, facilitating, and leading retreats.
My coach training is rooted in biology, neuroscience, and philosophy, and I remain an eager learner.
I offer coaching and support to clients in both corporate and private environments.
Through my personal and challenging journey with menopause, I have realised that menopause is definitely not an older women’s transition and it is a neuroendocrine transition that affects the brain, neurological system, and hormonal system which can influence our way of being dramatically. This can affect our personal and working relationships and the stories we tell ourselves.
I have cultivated a deep curiosity and committed myself to researching and understanding evidence-based menopause care and education.
My passion for supporting women at home and at work during the menopause transition truly excites me. With my extensive background in coaching, and through lived experience I feel uniquely positioned to make a significant impact in this often-overlooked area.
