This is a comprehensive course facilitated live, online and over 10 modules. Karen guides you through everything you need to know about perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. This is a “whole person” approach”. We share information about hormones and how they impact on our whole physiology, including heart health, brain health, moods and emotions.
